Born and raised in London, the city has heavily influenced Tycho Jones’s music as they forged their path into adulthood. Immersed in an exciting scene of young Londoners, their influences are diverse and reflect the city now.  Debut mixtape ‘Tychonaut’ is the result of Tycho’s experience over the past two unprecedented years; consolidating  everyday experiences to give us an insight into their world, mind and emotions, and framing the struggles of what it is to be young at this time.

Tychonaut, Tycho’s first mixtape (2021) has already garnered over 5+ million streams. With the music video for “Don’t Be Afraid” winning numerous awards and appearing at international festivals. It was included in Virgil Abloh’s exhibition Coming Of Age in association with the Louis Vuitton Foundation in Paris. 

With Radio coverage and support from Elton John, BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 6, Matt Wilkinson (Apple), BBC introducing, P3 (Sweden), KCRW (LA), Sirius XM (US) and others, Tycho is making a mark in the industry.  Recent highlights include a sold out 400-cap headline show in London and a headline slot at The Great Escape 2022.  Festivals this summer include Dot 2 Dot, Glastonbury, Greenman and more!
